We celebrated another wonderful Thanksgiving with precious family members yesterday! Our lives are so richly blessed and we have much to be thankful to God for every day. One of the most major blessings in our lives is, of course, our 2-year-old son, Judah. He is a fiery little dude with enough spunk and energy to exhaust the most energetic person just watching him go from one thing to the next all day, every day!

I’m super excited for Christmas with him this year! All the wonder of the festivities, lights, music, cheer and joy of giving is already exciting this little guy. When he sees a nativity scene, he points out baby Jesus enthusiastically. Although he doesn’t understand everything, its amazing to watch him take it all in.

Last year I knew I wanted to incorporate the Elf on the Shelf tradition with Judah this year, so last night we had a special delivery from the North Pole! Jingle the Jolly Elf (Mommy had to name him since Judah’s a little young to come up with a name ) made his appearance at our house and Judah was mesmerized by this tiny guy. This is going to be such a fun tradition and I can’t wait to see where Jingle turns up over the next month until Christmas Day!
